While conducting an inspection, a licensed home inspector checks the apartment visually, including such items as electrical, plumbing, cooling. Additionally the inspector will also check for safety and pests, which could substantially lower the Condos value.
What does an Inspection Cover?
A savvy inspector will visually observe parts of the apartment and produce a text and photo/video report describing what was observed at the time of the inspection.
